Return & Exchange Policy Overview
Timeframe: You typically have a 7-day window from the date of delivery to request an exchange or return.
Conditions for Eligibility:
The item must be unworn, unwashed, and unused.
All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
You must provide a valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
What is Non-Returnable?
Sale/Discounted Items: Generally, items bought on sale are final and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective.
Stitched/Custom Outfits: Items that have been tailored or custom-made specifically for you are usually non-returnable.
Refund Process
Method: Refunds are typically issued back to your original payment method.
Inspection: Once the brand receives your return, it undergoes a quality check. If approved, the refund is processed (usually within 10–15 business days).
Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Unless the return is due to an error on their part (wrong/damaged item), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
